Mental Health Clinician | Intensive Care Team | Central City Concern
This is the kind of clinician role that attracts people who want their work to matter beyond the therapy room.
At Central City Concern, you'll work alongside an integrated multidisciplinary team serving individuals experiencing severe mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, trauma, medical complexity, and systemic barriers to care. This is not isolated outpatient therapy work…this is real-world, community-centered behavioral health where clinical skill, compassion, advocacy, and teamwork all come together.
If you're a clinician who thrives in mission-driven environments and wants to work with a team that truly understands integrated care, this is a strong opportunity to grow your impact and clinical experience.

- Collaborative multidisciplinary teams that value clinical voice and teamwork
- Mission-driven work serving some of Portland's most vulnerable communities
What You'll Do

- Support clients through outreach, care coordination, hospitalization, and recovery navigation
- Partner closely with medical teams, housing providers, and community supports
Ideal Background

Why Clinicians Choose CCC
- Strong mission, strong teams, and meaningful clinical work
- Opportunity to deepen experience in integrated behavioral health
- Culture grounded in compassion, advocacy, and whole-person care
Why Clinicians Stay at CCC
People stay at Central City Concern because they feel connected to the mission, supported by their teams, and challenged in meaningful ways clinically. This is an environment where clinicians continue learning, build deep community impact, and help reshape what integrated behavioral healthcare can look like.
If you're looking for work that is purpose-driven, team-oriented, and deeply human…this is a role worth exploring.
