Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to facility policies including wearing a visible photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
• Ability to maintain a 40-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Experience with registry or contract-based therapy assignments
