Patient Care Manager Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Patient Care Manager for their service area in the northern Chicago, IL area. Hospice management experience is ideal but a strong hospice case manager ready to step into a supervisory role will be considered. Job Requirements Hospice experience required. Registered Nurse with supervisory experience. Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations. Job Responsibilities Manage clinical team. Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. Train and mentor nurses. Perform field visits as needed. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
