Desktop Support Specialist

Supporting a large network of users, the part-time Desktop Support Specialist will manage and maintain workstation hardware and software, assist with peripheral device maintenance, and handle incident and service request management in a remote capacity for Wisconsin residents. Key responsibilities Support, test, maintain, and install workstation hardware and software components Manage and support Operating Systems for user workstations Collaborate with team members on hardware and software deployment projects Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Tier 3 support and maintenance of workstation software and hardware Proficiency in supporting and maintaining Operating Systems for user workstations Experience supporting peripheral devices like printers and scanners (2-5 years preferred) Strong background in incident and service request management Excellent written and oral communication skills for customer support
