Building Plans Examiner: Codes & Permits Expert
City of Cincinnati
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Building Inspector responsible for reviewing plans submitted by contractors and developers to ensure compliance with building codes and zoning ordinances. Applicants must possess a Building Inspector certificate, be a registered Engineer or Architect in Ohio, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to analyze technical documents.
