Seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) for a contract opportunity in a healthcare setting. The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses and quality patient care.

• Active Radiologic Technologist license/certification as required by state regulations
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification preferred
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Previous hospital, outpatient, or diagnostic imaging experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and imaging equipment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations following physician orders and established protocols
• Position patients properly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure radiation safety standards are followed at all times
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and understanding
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Evaluate image quality and repeat studies when necessary to obtain diagnostic results
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Adhere to all facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards
