Supervisory Dietitian

Job Title

Plan, organize, and direct the operations of the Dietary and Nutrition Department to meet patient care needs and organizational goals.

Assign work to approximately 20 subordinate employees based on priorities and individual capabilities.

Document nutritional assessments, patient education, discharge plans, and referral information in the patient's medical record.

Serve as a clinical resource to medical and allied health staff on dietetic management and emerging dietary treatment approaches.

Implement change in operations, methods, and procedures to resolve operational problems and improve service delivery.
