Hiring: Avionics & Communication IPT Head, (Aircraft Certification )
Location: Montreal, Canada
Type: Contract & Full-Time
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Avionics & Communication IPT for aircraft development programs.
- Drive avionics architecture, system integration, V&V, and certification .
- Lead cross-functional teams across systems, hardware, software, electrical, certification, and integration.
- Manage customer, supplier, and certification authority interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A & ARP4761 .
- Support FAA / EASA / DGCA certification activities.
- Lead system requirements, ICDs, architecture, testing, and technical reviews.
- Manage technical risks, engineering changes, and dependencies across aircraft IPTs.
Must Have
12 18+ years Aerospace / Aviation experience
Avionics Systems Development & Architecture
IPT / Large Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Aircraft New Product Development (NPD)
Avionics System Integration
DO-178C / DO-254
ARP4754A / ARP4761
Aircraft Certification experience
FAA / EASA exposure
