Certified Respiratory Therapist ($15k Sign-On Bonus)

Overview Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT). Earn $1,206 – $1,623 per week (3x12s) on night shift, full‑time. Base pay $33.50 – $45.09 per hour plus shift differentials. Career growth opportunities within a large healthcare system. Responsibilities In the absence of a supervisor, the CRT/RCP may serve as Lead RCP, overseeing operations during their shift. Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders. Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management. Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis. Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and patient assessments. Implement patient‑specific care plans. Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor. Respond to critical care situations and emergencies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and ongoing maintenance. Preferred: 2 years experience as an RCP. ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and ongoing maintenance. Preferred: NRP certificate. PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and ongoing maintenance. Preferred: Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
