About the Role
As a supervisor, you'll work side-by-side with your team each shift, helping set the tone for a welcoming, high-energy environment while ensuring our standards for service, safety, cleanliness, and guest experience are consistently delivered.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience supervising a team in a full-service or quick-service high volume restaurant concept
- Food Handler's Permit
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on leadership approach and commitment to providing an excellent guest experience
