Job Overview:

Merchandiser / Local CDL B Combination Driver - St. Joseph, Missouri

We're hiring a Merchandiser / Local CDL B Combination Driver to deliver, stock, and merchandise our products at local retail stores. If you like being on the move and working independently, this could be a great fit-no experience required!

About the Role

• Deliver products to small and large retail stores on an assigned route

• Unload product using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack

• Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers

• Set up clean, organized product displays

• Travel between stores in your territory (personal vehicle required for merchandising only-products are delivered ahead of time)

• Build positive relationships with store teams

• Use a company-issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage

Shift and Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 5:00am until route is finished

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Local routes

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy interacting with people and would rather be off your truck than sitting behind the wheel. This position could include: Driving - CDL - Class A CDL - Delivery Truck Driver - OTR - Delivery Driver - Customer Delivery - Commercial Driver's License

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $25.76 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $27.16 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred

• 21 years of age or older

• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly

• Valid Commercial Driver's License B or A (CDL A/B)

• Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File

• Proof of Vehicle Insurance
