What We’re Looking For:

• Valid credentials as an Educational Diagnostician
• Experience conducting educational assessments and evaluations for K-12 populations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, detailed reports and consult effectively with teams
• Familiarity with relevant assessment tools and special education processes
• Adaptability and the capacity to manage a caseload that may shift based on ongoing needs
• Passion for advocating for students and fostering collaborative relationships within school communities

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational and diagnostic evaluations to determine students’ eligibility and needs for special education services
• Coordinate and collaborate with school personnel, families, and multidisciplinary teams across the county
• Analyze data and prepare comprehensive assessment reports
• Participate in and contribute to ARD/IEP meetings, offering insight to guide instructional planning
• Serve as a resource on assessment best practices and interventions
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Enjoy a schedule of approximately 7 hours per day, typically between 7:45 am and 3:15 pm, allowing for balance and predictability. The caseload will vary based on need, making this a dynamic and purposeful opportunity for two skilled professionals to grow and make a difference.
