Night Shift Weld Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. You will balance hands‑on work with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and employee development. Key Responsibilities Hands‑On Work Actively participate in production tasks alongside team members, demonstrating skills and knowledge. Identify opportunities for process improvement and coach team members to implement changes. Ensure finished products meet quality standards through hands‑on inspection and verification. Supervisory Responsibilities Train new team members on safety procedures, job duties, and quality standards. Ensure team members have the necessary materials and resources to complete tasks efficiently. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality. Collaborate with department leaders to optimize operations and achieve production goals. Identify and address issues related to efficiency and quality. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers. Partner with department leaders to build a strong and capable team.
