Overview for Recruiting:
We are growing and adding to our stellar team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative individual to join our new Perimeter location as a paralegal who can manage the closing transaction from "start to finish". The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience, enjoy working closely with clients, possess superior customer service skills, and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook is essential for this role, and experience with SoftPro Select is preferred.

Those submitting their resume must have experience with reviewing real property title exams, title clearance, preparing title commitments, issuing title insurance policies, and a general knowledge of underwriting guidelines and Georgia Title Standards. Additionally, this individual will prepare settlement statements, assist with disbursements, and communicate with lender to ensure a smooth closing process. Candidate must understand the workflow and timelines for satisfying real estate contracts.
