Global Privacy Counsel, Regulatory Investigations

Overview Global Privacy Counsel, Regulatory Investigations Responsibilities Managing regulatory inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions related to privacy, data protection, and related topics in the US and globally. Handling all phases of a regulatory matter, including fact gathering and development, document review, witness preparation, preparing narrative responses, and engaging with regulators. Proactively developing strategies to address regulatory risk and strengthen the company\'s regulatory position, including working with cross-functional stakeholders to come up with effective, creative solutions. Working collaboratively with litigation, public policy, communications, and other teams on data privacy issues and initiatives. Advising on incident response notifications. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• US, EU, or UK qualified lawyer in good standing in their jurisdiction
• 5+ years of regulatory experience
• Significant in-house or law firm experience advising on privacy, data protection or other government investigations and regulatory matters
• Experience engaging with regulators and data protection authorities
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work collaboratively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of global privacy, data security and other related laws
• Experience advising technology or social/entertainment platforms
• Understanding of innovative technology and the technology product development process

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives, and stock units. Benefits may vary by location and employment type.
