North America FP&A Senior Director: Strategy & Growth

KEEN in Portland, OR seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to lead NA financial planning and analysis for US and Canada across Wholesale, DTC channels. You will provide data-driven insights to executives and own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans with regional leaders in a hybrid work model.
The role requires 12+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong leadership, and expertise with Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/BI tools. Travel up to 10% may apply.
