Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Floating required between two skilled nursing facilities located about 30 minutes apart.
• Expected schedule includes 3 days at one location and 2 days at another location.
