We seek highly skilled and motivated Diesel Specialist to join our team at Stateline CJDR in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Our service department is growing at an exponential rate; we currently generate 1,750 repair orders on average per month. We have a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing to be the best performing store in our market. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CJDR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3) or equivalent hands on experience.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast learner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license
