We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL drivers residing in California to join our Southwest Regional Fleet. We pay competitive cents-per-mile rates on all miles, loaded or empty, and protect your clock with $20/hr detention and breakdown pay. Predictable Life Rhythms: Know exactly when you're getting home. Our regional routes run 5 to 5.5 days out, giving you a reliable 34 to 48-hour weekend reset at home with your family. Take-home truck privileges are standard. Low-Stress Operations: Run 100% no-touch dry van freight across well-supported Southwestern lanes. With a high-efficiency 70% drop-and-hook operation, we keep you moving instead of waiting at docks. Premium Tools for the Job: Drive newer, meticulously maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models backed by full-coverage medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and a $2,000 401(k) match. Qualifications to Join Our Team: A valid, clean Class A CDL. A minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Commercial driving activity within the last 90 days. Compliance with DOT safety and screening standards (prior history evaluated fairly and individually in compliance with local laws).
