Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

We are currently collaborating with a thriving home health organization in search of a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is well-suited for an RN who thrives in a role that offers autonomy, case management responsibilities, and the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with patients within a home care environment. Job Description The RN will be responsible for delivering expert nursing care to patients residing in Aurora, Central Denver, and the Littleton area. The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including: Commencing patient care visits Conducting routine skilled nursing visits Handling recertifications Managing discharges Ongoing case management The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
