Finnsul is a fast-growing wellness brand focused on creating innovative products at the intersection of hydration, focus, and everyday performance.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven  Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale Finnsul’s influencer and affiliate marketing programs from strategy through execution.

\n

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with creators, managing campaigns, driving affiliate performance, and continuously identifying new ways to grow Finnsul through creators and social commerce.

What You’ll OwnInfluencer Marketing\n

\n
• Own Finnsul’s influencer marketing program from end to end
\n
• Identify, research, vet, and recruit influencers who align with the Finnsul brand
\n
• Conduct daily outbound outreach to new creators and influencers
\n
• Manage all ongoing influencer communications and relationships
\n
• Negotiate influencer rates, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and campaign terms
\n
• Manage gifted, paid, ambassador, and long-term influencer partnerships
\n
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns around product launches, promotions, and key brand moments
\n
• Coordinate product seeding and gifting programs
\n
• Maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing creator relationships
\n
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
\n

Affiliate Marketing\n

\n
• Own and grow Finnsul’s affiliate creator program
\n
• Recruit new affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
\n
• Manage affiliate onboarding, communication, education, and retention
\n
• Develop incentives, competitions, promotions, and commission strategies to increase affiliate participation
\n
• Regularly communicate new launches, promotions, content opportunities, and winning strategies to affiliates
\n
• Identify top-performing affiliates and develop deeper partnerships with them
\n
• Re-engage inactive affiliates and continuously improve affiliate activation
\n

Campaign & Content Management\n

\n
• Create influencer and affiliate campaign briefs
\n
• Communicate hooks, talking points, selling points, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements to creators
\n
• Coordinate content deadlines, approvals, revisions, and posting schedules
\n
• Work closely with Finnsul’s social, creative, paid media, and e-commerce teams
\n
• Identify high-performing influencer content that can be repurposed across organic and paid channels
\n
• Maintain an organized content library of influencer and UGC assets
\n
• Ensure creator content remains consistent with Finnsul’s brand positioning and messaging
\n

Performance & Strategy\n

\n
• Track influencer and affiliate performance across revenue, conversions, engagement, content output, CAC/ROAS where applicable, and other key KPIs
\n
• Analyze performance by creator, campaign, platform, content style, hook, and offer
\n
• Identify winning creators and content concepts and scale what is working
\n
• Monitor influencer and social commerce trends to identify new opportunities
\n
• Provide regular reporting on influencer and affiliate program performance
\n
• Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure spend is allocated effectively
\n
• Develop strategies to continuously increase creator-driven revenue and content volume
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

• Bachelor’s degree required
\n
• 2–5 years of influencer marketing experience at a CPG brand required
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach through reporting
\n
• Experience managing affiliate or creator programs
\n
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
\n
• Experience negotiating directly with influencers, creators, managers, and agencies
\n
• Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and attribution
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Extremely organized and capable of managing a large volume of creator relationships simultaneously
\n
• Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of projects
\n
• Strong understanding of social media trends and creator culture
\n
• Ability to move quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
\n
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking on responsibilities beyond a traditional corporate job description
\n
• Willingness to travel as needed

You will ultimately be responsible for turning Finnsul’s influencer and affiliate channels into scalable growth engines.

Success means consistently recruiting strong creators, building genuine relationships with them, increasing creator content output, growing affiliate-driven revenue, identifying winning content and creators, and developing a community of influencers who genuinely want to grow with Finnsul.
