The Role: Inside Sales / Appointment Setter Schedule: 11:30am-8:00pm Why people like working here No cold calling Hourly pay plus commission Full-time W2 position Health and dental insurance Growth and advancement opportunities On-site team environment in Clearwater What you’ll do Your job is simple: connect with homeowners who have already requested information and help them take the next step. You will: Call and text homeowners who have already expressed interest Answer questions and build excitement about their bathroom project Schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants Enter accurate notes and customer details into our CRM Send confirmation texts and emails to secure appointments What we’re looking for You’ll do well in this role if you are: Confident and professional on the phone Friendly, upbeat, and great with people Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems Able to adapt your communication style to different personalities Experienced in customer service; sales experience is a plus This is an on-site position in our Clearwater office and is not remote .
