Senior Recruiter

Location: Atlanta, Scottsdale, Omaha, or St. Pete (Hybrid; 4 days onsite) Pay: $40-45/hr No C2C/3rd Party Candidates Notes: Must have recruiting experience in areas such as case management, insurance, sales, and related disciplines Must be well-rounded recruiter with experience supporting a variety of labor categories This is not an entry-level position and requires the ability to hit the ground running immediately Qualifications: 7+ years of full-cycle corporate and/or agency recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for complex and specialized positions Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions across multiple business functions Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, social recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies Ability to source, assess, and manage high volumes of candidates while maintaining quality and efficiency Experience developing long-term talent pipelines and workforce planning strategies Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday Strong consultative, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills Strong understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and shifting business needs in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment #J-18808-Ljbffr Open Systems Technologies
