Showroom Sales Specialist — Uncapped Commission & 401K

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in our Mount Prospect showroom. You will work with designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to recommend products, educate customers on installation, and drive sales. Expect to meet individual goals while contributing to the team in a fast-paced retail environment.
