Production Specialist: Juda, Wisconsin

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Production Specialists to work in a food manufacturing environment. This role works directly in production and requires strong technical capability and reliability. As a Production Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of cheese products, including setting up and monitoring equipment, testing, inspecting, and providing feedback to leadership. Responsibilities of the Production Specialist:

• Set up and monitor manufacturing equipment for cheese production.
• Test and inspect products throughout the production process.
• Provide feedback to leadership regarding production quality and equipment performance.
• Assist with training programs for incoming team members.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Perform data entry to document production activities.

Production Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical capability and reliability.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
• Ability to climb as required.
• Ability to work in humid, extreme cold, and extreme hot temperature environments.

Pay for Production Specialist: $21.25/hr. plus shift differentials.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday. Training on 1st shift (9:00am - 5:30pm) for the first 6-8 weeks, then converting to 2nd shift (6:00pm - 2:30am) to train others.
