Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is based in Newton, New Jersey. The role involves preparing and assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures, including PCI (STEMI) and various interventional radiology interventions. The technologist will monitor hemodynamic data, provide procedural assistance, and ensure patient safety throughout the process. The position requires adherence to on-call protocols and efficient preparation of patients for procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Cardiac Cath Lab operates on a 4-day workweek with 9.5-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 1-2 weekends on call required.
• Required Qualifications: Licensed Radiologic Technologist with RCIS certification preferred, BLS, ACLS, and IABP experience required, Cardiac Cath Lab experience required, high school diploma or GED required, at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: RCIS certification preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves preparing patients for cardiac and interventional procedures, assisting physicians during procedures, assessing and managing access sites, and following on-call protocols specific to the Cath lab.
