Bilingual ABA Therapist (Spanish required) - Somerdale, NJ As a bilingual ABA Therapist, you will provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis services in Spanish to clients in home or community settings, facilitating skill development and behavior interventions. Responsibilities: Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passion for supporting children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Reliable transportation. Important details: Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations. All positions start off part‑time. Encouraged to complete the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Minimum 6‑month commitment required. Preferred background: Education or early childhood development experience. Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles. After‑school program or camp counseling experience. Behavioral health, mental health, or social services background.
