We move fast, solve problems, and expect people to take ownership. About the Role We’re hiring a hands‑on Marketing Execution Specialist to own day‑to‑day marketing. This is an execution-focused role. You’ll create content, manage channels, and help drive engagement and leads. You’ll work closely with leadership to learn our voice, then operate with a high level of autonomy. This is an in‑person role in Milwaukee, giving you direct access to our shop, products, and team to create real content. Full‑time or part‑time depending on fit. Key Responsibilities Create and publish 3 or more social posts per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Produce at least one video per week (product, shop, behind‑the‑scenes) Develop and send a monthly email newsletter Update website content including images, copy, testimonials, and basic SEO Set up and manage TikTok Shop and Meta Shop, including product listings Support 2 to 3 trade shows per year (campaigns, content, materials) Help gather customer feedback and insights What We’re Looking For Strong content creation skills, especially video Experience managing social media accounts Familiarity with email marketing tools Ability to handle basic website updates Exposure to TikTok Shop, Meta Shop, or similar platforms Self‑motivated, organized, and execution‑focused How You’ll Work High autonomy with clear expectations Weekly check‑in for alignment Measured on output and results Who This Role Is For You like creating and shipping content, not just planning it You work well independently and take ownership You’re comfortable building something without perfect structure You care about real business impact, not just vanity metrics Who This Role Is Not For You want a strategy‑only or management role You prefer highly structured corporate environments You struggle to execute consistently Compensation $65,000 to $75,000 (full‑time equivalent) Flexible for part‑time based on scope Why This Role Matters You’ll directly shape how our brand shows up in the market and help build the marketing function as we grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr SharkCrates | Crates Evolved
