Power Automate RPA Architect (Dallas, TX OR Dublin, OH) Hybrid/ FTE

Power Automate RPA Architect (Dallas, TX OR Dublin, OH) – Hybrid Full‑time position requiring 10+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities Define end‑to‑end automation architecture across Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Cloud Flows (orchestration layer), and Dataverse (data layer). Establish coding standards for PAD flows, including naming conventions, error handling, and modularization. Drive BOT lifecycle governance through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Architect and implement attended and unattended bot solutions. Design machine and group strategy, including virtual machines, scaling, and concurrency. Lead RPA migration initiatives from UiPath/Automation Anywhere to Power Automate. Design bot orchestration frameworks using work queues and priority‑based execution. Implement API integrations using actions in Power Automate Desktop. Demonstrate strong expertise in UI and web automation, selectors, and exception handling. Define automation frameworks, architecture layers, and reusable components. Assess process feasibility, complexity, and ROI from an architectural perspective. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements. Review and approve solution designs, code quality, and deployment pipelines. Mentor RPA developers and lead development teams. Ensure compliance with IT, security, and audit standards. Design and manage Orchestrator components, including tenants, folders, roles, permissions, queues, triggers, assets, and credentials. Provide architectural input during pre‑sales discussions, estimation, and solutioning. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect #J-18808-Ljbffr TestingXperts
