The Keller Group is excited to support our Phoenix-based client in their search for a Project Manager – Commercial Real Estate Development. Reporting to the VP of Real Estate Development and Operations, this individual will oversee multiple projects from conception through completion, including ground-up development, conversions, and tenant improvements.

Responsibilites:

\n

\n
• Oversee multiple commercial real estate development projects from conception through completion, including ground-up construction, conversions and tenant improvements.
\n
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and construction managers to establish budgets, schedules and execution plans.
\n
• Manage project budgets, timelines, quality control, and key milestones while holding all stakeholders accountable for successful delivery.
\n
• Maintain and enhance internal project scorecards to track project progress, costs, schedules, and critical milestones.
\n
• Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, title companies, and capital partners on project reporting, payment applications, construction draws, due diligence and refinances.
\n
• Serve as a team lead across assigned projects, providing guidance, resolving challenges, and communicating progress and risks to internal leadership and external partners.

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, construction management, project management or a related field.
\n
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate development, construction processes, budgeting, scheduling and project execution.
\n
• Experience managing ground-up construction, property conversions and/or tenant improvement projects.
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of budgets, schedules, quality and deliverables.
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating contractors, consultants, lenders and other external partners.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach.
