Job Position: Tarp Floor and Metal Fabrication
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46241 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:• Always follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a positive attendance record.
• Read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting torches, and other equipment to
complete repair and installation duties.
• Inspect finished components or products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tear down and installation issues as they arise in a safe and productive
manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and plant leadership to meet production goals.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
