Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and integrate cross-curricular activities. Qualifications 0-5 years of experience as a teacher or in a similar role. Proficiency in developing and implementing lesson plans for elementary students. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
