Los Tios Mexican Restaurant – Expo/Runner (West University)
As an Expo/Runner, you help keep the heart of service moving smoothly by coordinating food delivery from the kitchen to the dining room and supporting the service team. You play a key role in ensuring dishes are accurate, timely, and presented well before reaching the guest. This position is perfect for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll develop strong multitasking and communication skills, and with experience and a great attitude, this role can lead to future opportunities such as serving.
Responsibilities
- Organize and run food from the kitchen to the correct tables
- Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before delivery
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist servers with guest needs as directed
- Stock and maintain expo station supplies
- Keep the expo line and runner stations clean and sanitary
About You
- Great & welcoming attitude toward Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 16 for this position
- Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment
