Hourly Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 to $12.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Program End of Season Premium Pay Program All bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications Brand Spirit Halloween Job Overview The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention Requirements Minimum age 16 Physical ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
