Residential Real Estate Broker - OhioBuild & Grow With Us
We’re looking for a licensed, residential Real Estate Broker to support our growth.
This 1099 leadership opportunity is ideal for a broker who enjoys recruiting agents, mentoring, and staying active in production.
What You’ll Do- Support agent success and day-to-day business growth
- Review contracts, listings, and brokerage documents
- Ensure compliance and continuing education standards
- Handle escalated agent and transaction issues
- Actively sell real estate (Highly encouraged!)
- Base pay + performance-based incentives
- Recruiting bonuses
- Major growth opportunity
- Be on the ground floor of a scaling brokerage
- Flexibility to continue selling while leading
A broker who wants to increase income and play a key role in expansion.
