Cyber Security Analyst/Admin

Hi We have a Cybersecurity Position with our direct client in Montvale NJ. this is RTH role is with OpenKyber's REMOTE Client : Cybersecurity Admin Job Description : Responsibilities

Work through scanning tool results in ServiceNow, analyze and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk level: Critical, High, Medium and exploitability
Collaborate with stakeholders and 3 rd party vendors to identify, schedule, and implement application security fixes
Address common application vulnerabilities through automation
Track progress of related items such as vulnerability tickets, security exceptions and follow up with stakeholders and 3 rd party vendors to ensure timely resolution
Provide advisory support and process walkthroughs to facilitate resolution of application vulnerabilities
Coordinate with application teams and submit change requests to remediate application vulnerabilities
Coordinate and assist application teams with opening tickets with 3 rd party vendors

Experience administering and supporting a major operating system such as Windows Server
Experience writing advance shell scripts such as Bash or PowerShell
Experience supporting Java applications, .Net, PostgreSQL, Apache Tomcat
Experience with network security protocols such as SSL, TLS, and AES encryption
Experience with OWASP TOP 10 standards
Experience with ServiceNow vulnerability module
Experience with application vulnerability assessment and prioritization
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
Minimum two years of system administration experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
