- Operateina player-coachcapacity ,mentoringQAengineerswhileremaininghands-onwithtesting
- Developandmaintain automationframeworksusingSeleniumWebDriver
- Oversee end-to-endtesting includingfunctional,regression,integration,andperformancetesting
- Establishandmaintain QAenvironmentsandtestinginfrastructure
- Collaboratewithengineeringandproductteamsinan Agiledevelopmentenvironment
- Trackdefects,analyzequalitymetrics,anddrivecontinuousimprovement
- 7+yearsofQAexperience withstrongautomationexpertise
- 2+yearsofQAleadershipormanagementexperience
- Strongexperiencewith SeleniumWebDriverandautomationframeworks(TestNG,JUnit,orsimilar)
- Proficiencyin Java,Python,orC#
- Experiencewith CI/CDtools(Jenkins,Git)
- Experienceimplementing end-to-endtestingstrategies
- Strongunderstandingof Agiledevelopmentpractices
- Experiencetesting AI-enabledapplications
- Experiencewith APItestingtools(Postman,RestAssured)
- Mortgageindustryexperience
