Required qualifications include:

• Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency.
• DDS/DMD degree and medical degree (required path includes DDS, medical school, 1-year fellowship, and 6-year residency).
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Texas.
