Job Description
Make a real impact in the lives of students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working on-site in a vibrant school environment near Lake Oswego, OR. This full-time opportunity welcomes travel professionals and experienced pediatric SLPs passionate about fostering communication and academic success among children and adolescents.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure as an SLP
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students
Adaptability to diverse student needs and IEP development processes
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy and diagnostic assessments to students with a variety of communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and guardians to maximize student outcomes
Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, student progress reviews, and professional development opportunities
Offer resources and training to school personnel regarding language, speech, and communication strategies
