Parts Operations Support Team Member
21st Century Equipment, LLC is hiring a customer-focused Parts Operations Support Team Member to support customers and internal teams through remote parts sales and service. This position plays a key role in handling calls, processing online orders, and supporting after-hours customer needs in a professional dealership environment.
Compensation
$22.00-$30.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries across the company
- Provide remote parts sales, support, and solutions
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently
- Sell parts and services and accept payments over the phone
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Support after-hours customer solutions
- Use ExpertConnect to ensure timely responses
- Follow established processes and procedures
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in agricultural parts
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of online selling
- Ability to learn JDParts Advisor and CDK systems
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and computer-based work
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of sitting and computer use
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
