Pinnacle Counseling is a group practice offering psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families in the Chicago area. We are direct and active therapists, committed to helping our clients find the change they seek. We come from different therapeutic models, but we share a common love for relational work and consider ourselves well-versed in systemic thinking. Pinnacle Counseling is seeking to hire new clinicians to join our growing team. In our work with individuals, couples, and families, we specialize in strengthening relationships and maintain an active and solution-focused approach with all of our clients. All therapists receive competitive benefits and are provided with referrals and resources to build their caseloads quickly and effectively. New hires would be expected to be available for a full-time caseload, but part-time limitations could be considered. Office locations include the Loop and Andersonville neighborhoods of Chicago, but new clinicians could also work virtually or on a hybrid schedule if desired.

Therapist Requirements:

• Licensure or associate license (AMFT or LPC) needed. MFT degree preferred, or specialized training in couples work.
• Candidates with experience and/or strong interest in working with diverse populations preferred.
• Must be available to see clients either on evenings and/or weekends, and be available to see clients virtually with adequate internet connection and space to do so.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
