What You'll Bring Active, unrestricted PMHNP-BC or PA license in the state of practice. Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (geriatrics, primary care, home-based care, or value-based care preferred). A highly professional, dependable, and trustworthy approach to patient care. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently with confidence. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
