Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about customer experience, communication, and relationship building. This role is the face and voice of our company and plays a critical part in ensuring customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the repair process.

Compensation

$18–$24 per hour , based on experience and skill level
Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility available.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone
• Provide a warm, professional, and empathetic customer experience
• Assist customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery
• Communicate repair updates clearly and proactively
• Coordinate scheduling and vehicle intake
• Work closely with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners
• Manage customer concerns and help find positive resolutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support office organization and daily workflow operations
