About the Position

Job Overview

York Hospital is hiring an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time contract role. This position requires strong experience in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) settings, with flexibility to work across both areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures
• Support TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) and cardioversion procedures
• Provide pre-op and post-op patient care
• Work in Interventional Radiology (IR) as needed
• Perform circulating duties

Requirements

Requirements

• Active RN License
• BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience
• Experience in:
  • Cath Lab
  • Interventional Radiology (Mandatory)
  • TEE & Cardioversion
• Must live within:
  • 20–30 minutes of hospital (for on-call)
• Influenza Vaccination (Mandatory – Maine State Requirement)
