Machine Shop / Mill Department Associate
(Friday, Saturday, & Sunday -Contract to Hire)
Schedule is:

Fri, Sat, Sun.
6:00AM - 6:00PM (paid 30 min lunch)
An additional 1.33 hours is added per day to make it a 40-hour work week.

We are seeking a dependable Machine Shop / Mill Department Associate to support production operations, inspect completed work, and maintain a safe, organized work area.
Responsibilities:

Load and unload raw materials for machine shop production.
Use measuring tools, hand tools, and cutting tools to meet quality standards.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, rulers, and height gauges.
Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas.
Follow safety, quality, and work instruction requirements.

Qualifications:

Machine shop or production experience preferred.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and use basic measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform basic physical duties.
High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or related military experience preferred.
