Seasonal RecruiterThe Seasonal Recruiter will lead seasonal recruitment efforts for various NFL offices. In this role, you will be a talent advisor and build strong relationships with the senior management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners in driving hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFL's vision, mission, and values.This role is in-person/office five days a week based in Mount Laurel, NJ. Up to seven months of anticipated engagement (subject to change based on business needs).ResponsibilitiesManage 40 to 50+ open seasonal requisitions at once across multiple departments and locations during peak hiring periodsExecute full-cycle, high volume recruitment including screening, interviewing, and extending offersSupport Early Career recruitment efforts during non-peak seasonal hiring timesBuild strong working relationships with HR and hiring managers to understand business needs, seasonal headcount planning, and job requirementsIdentify, and recruit candidates for a wide range of temporary roles across media, production, and game operationsMaintain accurate and organized data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) for all candidates and requisitionsCreate and deliver regular search status updates to hiring managers and partnersEnsure equitable hiring processes in line with NFL standards and policiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support recurring seasonal staffing needsRepresent the NFL at in person or virtual hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting programs as neededManage offer processes including recommendations, drafting and extending offers, and negotiations as permittedEnsure onboarding requirements are completed, including background checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork, and start date coordinationPartner with HR teams to support smooth onboarding experiencesEnsure compliance with EEO, ADA, and all applicable federal and state employment lawsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated ability to efficiently manage 40 to 50+ high-volume requisitions simultaneouslyExperience working with various recruitment platforms including, but not limited to Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue.Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law as well as corporate recruitment processesSuperior candidate management experienceExcellent project management skillsOther Key Attributes / CharacteristicsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting large-scale, fast-turnaround staffing initiativesStrong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn operational needs across multiple departmentsAbility to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlinesConsistent follow-through, strong initiative, and proactive problem-solving skillsTerms /Expected Hours of WorkUp to seven months of anticipated engagement (subject to change based on business needs)NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week and at times, this role may require overtime (time worked in excess of 40 hours) and/or weekends.FLSA non-exemptPlease note that this job posting is for a position with one of the NFL's third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL.Salary / Pay RangeThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
