If you enjoy gathering requirements, solving business problems with data, and building reporting solutions that make a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoPartner with business stakeholders and contact center leadership to gather reporting requirements and understand operational needs.Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.Create meaningful visualizations that help leaders make data-driven decisions.Build and maintain KPI reporting related to customer experience and operational performance.Collaborate with IT and data teams to identify, validate, and leverage data sources.Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.Support ongoing dashboard enhancements and ad hoc reporting requests.Train end users and stakeholders on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.Document reporting requirements, processes, and reporting standards.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Ability to balance multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsContact center, customer service, operations, or customer experience reporting experience.Familiarity with metrics such as:Service LevelAverage Handle Time (AHT)Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)First Call Resolution (FCR)OccupancyAbandonment RateVolume ForecastingExperience with Power Platform tools.Exposure to data warehousing concepts.Experience coordinating projects or reporting initiatives.Experience with SharePoint or enterprise content management systems.Why Join?100% remote opportunity.Work directly with senior leadership and influence business decisions.Build enterprise-level reporting solutions used across the customer experience organization.Join a stable, growth-focused company with strong career advancement opportunities.Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, wellness programs, and continuous learning opportunities.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
