When & Where Location: Troy, New York, United States Work model: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Discover Your Role Design and configure Kinaxis Maestro solutions for campaign management, lifecycle planning, and inventory optimization in a complex, regulated supply chain environment Translate business requirements into technical specifications; build custom worksheets, dashboards, templates, algorithms, and scripts to enhance platform functionality Integrate Maestro with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and adjacent supply chain platforms; familiarity with GMP frameworks a plus Monitor system performance, resolve data integrity issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and validation activities to support deployment and audit readiness Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders to align solutions with evolving supply chain needs Train end-users on Maestro functionality and best practices; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting Stay current on Kinaxis Maestro advancements and emerging supply chain trends, proposing solutions to enhance resilience and agility This Role Requires Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Senior Supply Analyst: 5+ years experience in supply chain planning solutions, including 3+ years hands-on configuration experience with an advanced planning platform (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP, Anaplan) Principal Supply Analyst: 8+ years experience in supply chain planning solutions, including 3+ years hands-on configuration experience with an advanced planning platform (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP, Anaplan) Experience in life sciences, pharma, or another regulated/complex manufacturing environment (medical device, aerospace, specialty chemicals) preferred Kinaxis Maestro Author certification, Level 1 or higher, preferred We are committed to building a workplace with an inclusive culture.
