The manageable class size allows for meaningful connections with students and the ability to make a significant impact—all within the supportive framework of a full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications:

• Must hold or be eligible for a Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience with cross-categorical caseloads or willingness to develop skills in this area
• Ability to support students with mild academic and behavioral needs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction in academic and self-regulation skills
• Develop and implement IEPs for each student
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
