Wind CMSP Planner

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking a Wind CMSP Planner. The ideal candidate has high capability and drive for personal growth, is well organized and process oriented, communicates effectively, and excels at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Summary:The Wind CMSP Planner will be responsible for project planning of major and minor equipment maintenance activities related to electrical power generation plants. Activities may include job identification, scope validation, cost and schedule estimating, and development of job specific work instructions. This position has the ability to be location flexible depending on candidate qualifications.Responsibilities include:

• Performs administration of procurement contracts and documentation in support of outage execution
• Focuses on streamlining activities through the use of standardized processes and procedures, problem solving, and team engagement
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Cost and schedule estimating
• Administration of procurement contracts and documentation in support of outage execution
• Coordinate planning activities to assure continuity of work and efficiency of planning
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, engineering, analytics and fleet execution to drive continuous improvement

Skills

• High School diploma/GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of overall experience
• Supervisor/Management experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
